OvaHarmony is part of the Grounded Studios family. This policy explains how we handle your data.
OvaHarmony stores everything you enter — symptom logs, rating scale results, hormone profiles, journal notes — in your browser's local storage (localStorage / IndexedDB). Nothing you enter is uploaded to our servers. We do not run accounts and we do not host a database of your health information.
We never sell, rent or mine your data. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build health profiles.
OvaHarmony ships with no tracking. We do not collect usage data from this app.
PDF reports are generated locally in your browser. They never pass through our servers.
Clear your browser's site data for OvaHarmony to permanently remove all stored information. There is no remote copy.
If you upgrade to a paid plan, OvaHarmony verifies your license key. When you enter or activate a key (and periodically to re-confirm it), the app sends your license key, a per-device instance ID, and an instance name to our license service at license.groundedstudios.app (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards it to Lemon Squeezy, Inc. (api.lemonsqueezy.com) to validate and activate the key. This is necessary to perform our contract with you (your subscription) and to enforce your license's device limit. Lemon Squeezy is based in the United States, so your key and device identifier are transferred there under Lemon Squeezy's data-processing safeguards. Your app data itself never leaves your device.
This processing is governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Because your app data remains on your device and only license-verification data is processed as described above, OvaHarmony operates as a local tool rather than a responsible party collecting personal information.
