OvaHarmony is a hormonal health self-advocacy portal. It provides evidence-based informational tools — clinical rating scales (MRS, PHQ-9, GAD-7), symptom tracking, HRT compatibility reference, dose equivalence calculators and conversation guides.
OvaHarmony is educational and informational only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, changing or stopping any medication, including hormone therapy.
Every feature is free until 31 December 2026. After the founding phase, subscription tiers (Essential / Pro) may apply.
You may use OvaHarmony for personal health tracking and preparation for clinical conversations. You may not resell, reverse-engineer or rebrand the software.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on informational content, or for adverse outcomes from self-managed treatment without clinical supervision.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
